Paul Alphonse Sinclair

May 23, 1948 - April 5, 2022

Paul Alphonse Sinclair, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at the age of 73. Born in Liverpool, N.S., Paul was the son of the late Alphonse and Cinderella Sinclair. Paul had a true passion for cooking and ended up pursuing a career in culinary arts, becoming a chef by trade which he took much pride in. He loved to create his own dishes which he had won awards for and was a guest on Breakfast Television once to showcase one of his delicious creations. Paul loved to talk to his sister Carolyn, and brother, David, on the telephone in the evenings to catch up on gossip and carry on with one another. Paul looked forward to his annual summer road trips to attend an annual fishing trip at Ten Mile Lake with Carolyn and her husband, Hub. Paul truly loved his family who remained faithfully by his side and spent many happy years together. He loved spending time at home with Shelley, Tyler, and Tracy watching movies, talking, and enjoying their company. He had much love for his family. He had a smile that could brighten anyone’s day. He will be sadly missed by his loved ones. Paul will forever be remembered by his wife Shelley, and son, Tyler; sister-in-law, Tracy (Lower Sackville). Paul will also be missed by his brothers Larry (Sharon), Foncie, David, Dale (Rosalind), and Arthur. Apart from his parents, Paul was predeceased by his brother, Peter, and sisters Donalda and Carolyn. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Palliative Care Team, and the staff on Floor 7-2 at the Victoria General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, any donations can be made to Building Futures in Lower Sackville, N.S. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Harbourside Regional Crematorium.
