The Next Steps
The information provided on this form will assist us in Registering the passing with the Province of Nova Scotia, Complete the Death Certificates as well as allow us to begin preparing the Crematorium Documentation. Our wish is to expedite the final arrangement conference at the Crematorium and make the process a little more comfortable.
